It consists of the integration of surgical and non-surgical procedures for reposition the fallen tissues and give the skin a renewal complete, observe an incredible change immediately and giving naturalness and beauty to the face.

Speaking of Covas-Lift is to refer to the "new era in the rejuvenation and facial improvement. " Compared to others procedures such as facial cosmetic surgery, cosmetic surgery endoscopic facial and S-Lift, is safer than others , since is a complex technique and at the same time very practical. This technique is surgical because can be combined with other procedures , in order to obtain more visible and significant, such as: Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, liposuction of the neck and bichectomy, among others; and is technique non-surgical because combined with a deep application of chemical exfoliation, to achieve results without equal.

Preparing the patient's skin is important and vital because it is 50% of the success of our procedure. Time skin preparation is four 4 to six weeks.

Using creams one week before the procedure. Further care of the treatment is simple. Procedure in Detail

Patients are photographed from the first consultation for your medical history and evaluation. The preparation of the skin begins from the first day of four to six weeks before the procedure with antipigment creams (night care cream) to avoid blackheads on the skin. The patient must suspend the application of anti-pigment creams a week before the surgery to prevent serious damage to the peeling process. The 4 procedures performed at Covas-Lift lift are:

Post-operative care

This study includes 647 cases over a period of 6 years which were performed using the technique of elevation of Covas-Lift. The mean age of the patients was 58 years (from 38 to 86). The maximum follow-up period was of 24 months and of 6 months minimum. The average follow-up was 12 months. Since the beginning of the technique in 2010, only traction in 157 patients (37 men, 120 women), the remainder patients have combined with fat transfer or any other surgical procedure.
